Dream Building
From my book, "Becoming Lucid, Self-Awareness in Sleeping and Waking Life," (Lincoln Stoller, 2019) this 2-meeting, live, ZOOM workshop lays out the steps for bringing waking-life issues into your dreams in order to gain a deeper understanding of them.
1) Give your weaknesses identities and balance them with symbols of strength.
2) Understand these in your conscious world and then move them into dreams.
3) Dreams unfold a deeper reality and build a dialog with your subconscious.
4) In your conscious state, explore the relationships that unfold.
Meeting on ZOOM on Wednesday (12/8) for a live presentation (the video will be recorded so you can review it later), and a discussion on Friday. Both meetings begin at 4:30 PM (PDT). A self-hypnotic, audio MP3 guided visualization will be provided.
