Class includes an opening meditation, qi gong exercises in movement and sound, and formwork. Classes are enhanced through music, poetry, and discussion of Chinese characters and philosophy. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.

The accessible entrance is on the south side of the western wall of the building (the one facing our parking lot). From the lobby, take the elevator from the ground level to the 1st floor. Exit the elevator, and the Brant Ballroom or North Parlor are at the north side of the hallway.
