Tai Chi with Qi Gong with Laurie Neyer
AGES: 13+ | Instructor: Laurie Neyer
Class includes an opening meditation, qi gong exercises in movement and sound, and form work. Sessions are enhanced through music, poetry, and discussion of Chinese characters and philosophy. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
Two class options:
SESSION A
When: Mondays, 6 - 7:30 pm

When: Thursdays, 10 am - Noon

The accessible entrance is on the south side of the western wall of the building (the one facing our parking lot). From the lobby, the Dance Studio is down three gentle steps to the left of the elevator.
