Kundalini Yoga Class + Gong Bath Relaxation

This practice is the Yoga of awareness, the yoga of the transformation through experience. Gathering Asanas, Meditation and Mantras on specific Kryias that will make us be in touch with out highest selves. This is a fun and very unique practice that will make us feel relaxed and incredibly fulfilled.
All levels. Bring your own mats and where white, as is customary in Kundalini practice.
Clarisse Khalsa is a healing coach, Kundalini Yoga teacher + gong, stand-up paddle Kundalini Yoga teacher and is specialized in Kundalini Yoga for addictive behavior as well as an ayurvedic therapist.
