What is Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga?

Many think of Tantra as a way to enhance their sexuality. While that is an amazing benefit of practicing Tantra, that's only part of the picture. Tantra is a method of spiritual advancement that has been passed down to us from a line of yogic masters. Tantra cultivates the energies of our body, mind, and soul so that we can blossom into our true nature.

Ipsalu Tantra offers a safe, comprehensive, and step-by-step path to learn this ancient practice. You dont need a partner to embark on this journey. In fact, most of the work that you will do will be individual work. Ipsalu is a daily practice for many of us.

If youre wondering How will I make time? you are not alone. Many of us started doing the practice a couple times a week, and as we saw the benefits, we made time for it each day.
The primary practice is called The Ipsalu Formula.

Ancient Tantric masters rebelled against the idea that only the Brahmins were allowed to approach the Divine with ritual. The early Tantrics believed each individual had the right to approach the Divine in their own way. As a result, they developed their own recipes for achieving expanded consciousness.

The Ipsalu Formula is a method that draws on these techniques to achieve transformation.

It can be summed up as the acronym ASATE, which stands for:
- Awaken the body
- Still the mind
- Arouse sexual energy
- Transmute
- Enjoy

There are many ways to arouse sexual energy that dont involve sexual activity whether it be by breathing practices, bandhas (body locks) or movement. Ipsalu Tantra will teach you how to activate and use this force for personal growth and spiritual advancement.

Ipsalu embraces both Red (or sexual) Tantra and the White (spiritual) Tantra in fact, Bodhi often refers to Ipsalu Tantra as Pink Tantra. Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga, as its called in its full name, understands the value of cultivating both the physical and the spiritual energy. Sexual energy is life-force energy that heals the physical and enlightens the mental. Ipsalu enables you to master this powerhouse of energy and use it to awaken the higher chakras, empowering you to realize your hearts desires.

Rewakening Kundalini energy safely

Spiritual advancement goes hand in hand with awakening the chakras and Kundalini energy. The chakras are centers of psychic and spiritual power within the body, and Ipsalu awakens them in a gradual and safe process through the practice of Cobra Breath.

The power of Cosmic Cobra Breath

Cosmic Cobra Breath has been handed down from teacher to student for thousands of years and it is the centerpiece of the science of Kriya Yoga. This ancient breath technique was long held secret because of its great power. It prepares the body and the mind for the safe, controlled movement of Kundalini.
Kundalini is life force or consciousness, one manifestation of which is sexual energy. When it moves upward it enlightens you. In normal sex, the energy flows downward to drain you. The ancient teachings of Ipsalu Tantra use Kundalini energy to:
