Marine Corps Martial Arts Influenced Self Defense Program

Community members lack awareness and preparation to deal with crime that poses a personal safety threat. While sometimes unfortunate things do happen unexpectedly, it is important to be equipped with the knowledge and skills for personal safety, self-defense and crime prevention.
APPS LLC offers Hand-to-Hand and close quarters self-defense techniques derived from a Marine Corps Martial Arts framework. The techniques are geared to providing our clients, a self-defense method that can be employed in situations that pose a personal safety threat utilizing a responsible use of force enabling time to seek help and separation from the physical threat. The training will be provided in a workshop/seminar format (up to 4 hours).
Class will be taught by an Experienced Marine Corps Martial Arts Black Belt.
Topics include:
*Mental Preparedness *Fundamental Striking Methods
*Fundamental Counter Methods

APPS LLC is dedicated to teaching defensive concepts and techniques against various types of assault, by utilizing easy, effective and proven self-defense tactics. Our system of realistic defense will provide you with the knowledge to make an educated decision about resistance.
