Dirt Talk Farm Walk - Agritourism: Integrating Animal Experiences & Farm Tours
Join us for the next WSU Regional Small Farms educational Dirt Talk Farm Walk out at Sawdust Hill Alpaca Farm in Poulsbo, WA. This Farm Walk is designed for farm owners looking to integrate animal experiences and farm tours into their agritourism ventures.
Event Highlights: Farm Tours: Discover the ins and outs of running successful farm tours that captivate and educate the public. On-Farm Sales Outlets: Learn how to set up an on-farm sales outlet to enhance the visitor experience and boost your farm's revenue. Animal Interaction: Get hands-on experience with the farm's friendly alpacas and see firsthand how animal interactions can enhance your farm's appeal.

Event Details: Date: April 24th, 2025 Time: 1pm 3pm Location: Poulsbo, WA - address will be provided after registration Audience: Farmers looking to implement or expand their agritourism businesses.
Registration: Please only register for the farm walk if you plan to attend as there is limited space for this event. If you register and are unable to come, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours before the event so that we may open registration to other interested farmers. If you go to register and there are no spaces available, please email jess.sappington@wsu.edu to be put on our cancellation list.
