Sweet Degenerates Homecoming Show at Geneseo Riviera WSG

After hitting the road for the first time and traveling to Cincinnati, Murfreesboro, and Asheville, the boys are back and ready to party,
bringing along some very special friends!

Multi-instrumentalist, Harpist, singer songwriter Catmospheric will be kicking off the night bringing a taste of her mesmerizing folktronic sounds to leave us all entranced followed by Rochester based multi-instumentalist, singer-songwriter Delaney West bringing her flowing indie soundscapes reminiscent of Phoebe Bridgers and Big Thief to the Riviera Stage. Rounding the night out, Sweet Degenerates deliver their unique singer-songwriter trio bursting with introspective lyricism and melding string instruments drawing heavy inspiration from bands like The Lumineers and Caamp. We hope to see you all there for a wonderful night of music to remember!

Sweet Degenerates are a multi-instrumentalist trio featuring Johnny VanName, Dylan Dacey, and Liam Johns. These gentlemen have a vast musical background and a combined 20+ years experience as performers. Bringing you a unique style, high energy and an extensive musical catalog from folk, indie, blues, 90s alternative, jazz, jam and bluegrass.

Delaney West

Delaney West is a singer-songwriter from Rochester, NY, whose music blends heartfelt lyricism with a wide range of influences, from Adrianne Lenker and Leonard Cohen to whatever new sounds her Spotify algorithm throws her way. A musician from an early age, Delaney has been playing piano, guitar, and honing her voice for years, developing a style that's both raw and reflective.

Delaney's musical journey includes formal studies at Hochstein, Eastman School of Music, and Berklee College of Music. However, its in abandoning the rules and embracing music as a form of therapy that shes found her true voice. With a growing repertoire of original songs, Delaney is quietly preparing to release her debut music in the new year.

Her sound is intimate and evolvingexpect authenticity, vulnerability, and the freedom to break the boundaries of traditional songwriting.
