Experience time honored methods from traditional martial arts and sports combat for full-contact body conditioning. Come hydrated. Bruises are expected for this class.

Top, bottom, switch, primal predator or prey, will find exercises to prepare mind and body to deliver and receive kicks, knees, punches, and elbows with specificity and accuracy. Connect to intuitive human animal movement on the ground and on your feet with grappling and throwing skills. Learn how to maintain and repair your body with corrective and mobility exercise.

Master Fox brings over 30 years of training and teaching combat sports, traditional martial arts, self defense, and fitness.

INSTRUCTOR:
Master Fox (they/he/she) is the founder of Progressive Martial Arts SF, the school of social justice & self-defense training serving SOMA and San Francisco since 1999. Activist, athlete, academic, actor, stunt coordinator, gender and disability advocate, health/sex educator, and erotic arts performer. 30+ years in the martial arts, and certified NASM, CrossFit, and Corrective Exercise trainer. Fox can be seen performing at events such as Twisted Windows, Skirt Club, and Bondage-A-Go-Go, and enjoys collaborating with partner Mx Davey Faye and other local performers/educators.
