Spring Botanicals Workshop

Have you dabbled in herbalism a bit?
Let's have some fun and get healthy at the same time this spring!

After a long, sluggish winter your body needs a boost! Explore and experiment with botanical blends in this class to help support and cleanse the five most important eliminative channels in your body. This class includes a special make-n-take component. You'll create several herbal and natural hand crafted items to bring home including a Detox Tea Blend, an Herbal Tincture, Botanical Bitters, Therapeutic Bath Salts and White Yarrow Environmental Flower Essence.

Gigi Stafne MH, ND is an educator and writer within ecological, health justice and natural medicine fields. She is the Director and lead instructor of Green Wisdom School of Natural & Botanical Medicine in the Upper Midwest United States and Ontario, Canada. Gigi has been intimately involved with herbal organizations such as Herbalists Without Borders International and United Plant Savers during the past three decades of her work in botanical and natural medicine.

There will be a break for a potluck lunch at 12:00 in our hall. Please bring a dish to pass. We have serving utensils, a stove and a refrigerator.
