*** RICKY MONTIJO *** Ricky Montijo performs original music in the genres of Soul, Rock, Latin, Blues, R&B, and Pop. He's a multi-instrumentalist shocking fans with a fresh voice, killer guitar, and drum and percussion breakdowns. Originally from Frazier Park, California, Ricky's music career is exploding through the U.S. Within one year of releasing his first album, the Sauce Pot Sessions, he has toured the U.S., released a Pop single, and dedicated his most recent tour to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Ricky is using his music to create a positive impact and to raise money for organizations he believes are doing the same.
Ricky's new pop single, Toxic Tongue is an electronic production. It's hot, it's relevant, and it's streaming everywhere. His album, The Sauce Pot Sessions, has something to offer everyone--Soul, Rock, Latin, Blues, and Pop originals. The recording of The Sauce Pot Sessions was completed in San Luis Obispo.
