WHOLE Conference
A whole day event featuring some of the nation's leading health and nutrition experts and plant-based chefs giving presentations on the why and the how of whole food plant-based nutrition. The keynote speaker is Dr. Joel Fuhrman best selling author who has recently written the book, Fast Food Genocide. He will be joined by Dr. Brooke Goldner, who wrote the book, Goodbye Lupus. Dr. Milton Mills who appeared in the film, What The Health will be speaking on whether humans are herbivores, carnivores or omnivores. Our featured chef is Lisa Rice, a chef educator at the Austin Whole Foods Medical and Wellness Center. A light breakfast will be served and a whole food plant-based lunch will also be provided. In between presentations there will be stretch and exercise breaks and free drawings for prizes. Books authored by the speakers will be available for sale and signing.
