2017 Chicago Food Safety Manager EXAM ONLY
This ticket entitles you to have your ServSafe Food Safety Manager exam proctored by Logan Square Kitchen. Purchase this ticket if you have taken the Food Safety Manager class online and need an exam proctor, or if you are re-testing.
NOTE: this is a paper exam. If you have purchased an online voucher from a training company, we cannot accept it. Sorry.
