Kaleidoscope Community Yoga San Francisco Intensive

DAY 7: Sat, Feb. 7... 9 am-5 pm

This training includes everything you need to learn, experience and understand the mechanics and dynamics of group connection through shared yoga poses. This training will provide anyone from any movement, healing, organizational, or leadership background the opportunity to deepen into the mastery and mystery of the art of community yoga mandalas.

This is a very hands-on, community-building experience. We will have lots of fun and play lots of games.

Etiquette
Mathematics and Sacred Geometry
Pose design
Rotation
Sequencing
Combinations
Mosaics
Rhythms, ripples, waves, and other group effects
Dance applications
Pose transcription
Assisting
Multiple callers
Color wheel facilitation
Kaleido-Acro
Kaleido-Thai

Day 1: $100
Days 1+2: $180
Days 1+2+3: $240
Full training (one week): $800

Intro jam session on Fri. Jan. 30 is free and open to the public.
Days 1+2 will be limited to 48 participants.
Day 3 will be limited to 36 participants.
The full training will be limited to 24 participants.
Certificates will be given to everyone who completes all 50 hrs.

Students who have already taken this course in another location may attend for free as an assistant to the course.

Please note that all attendance options after free introductory Friday night community jam session (whether 1-,2-,3- day or full week), begin 9 am Saturday, Jan. 31st and continue consecutively!

All full paid participants will receive a copy of the Kaleidoscope Book, Kaleidoscope Community Yoga: The Art of Connecting, the forthcoming Kaleidoscope Community Yoga DVD, and a Kaleidoscope Community Yoga shirt.

A limited number of partial work trade and barter options are also available.
