End of Season Sweetpotato Grower Round Table
Join WSU Regional Small Farms in an end of season sweetpotato grower round table. Did you grow sweetpotatoes this year? Are you interested in learning from the experiences of farmers who did? Join us for this end of season discussion. Harvest will be complete and it's an excellent time to talk about what went right and what went wrong as the season is still fresh in your mind. WSU researchers will share a brief overview of what they learned from their trials this season, but the bulk of the time is for farmers to share their experiences with the crop and learn from other farmers. We learn new tips every year! For example, did you know there's a way to help a sweetpotato crop that has been ravaged by deer recover and produce a decent crop? Do did you have a particular pest or disease problem that you'd like to troubleshoot? Please join us for this evening round table discussion.
