Participants will engage in somatic movement to access emotions and use art materials for further exploration and integration. This workshop will be led collaboratively by Michelle Warren of Somalchemy and Dr. Emily Nolan.

-all ability levels welcome
-no prior experience with somatic movement or art making necessary
-wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and socks.
-art supplies will be provided, but if there is something specific you would like to work with, feel free to bring your own materials.
The cost of this workshop is $60 per person. Space is limited!
