Mid-Year Refresh Workshop for Coaches & Consultants

It's the middle of the year and your business is not where you want it to be! There's so many things to do on your to-do list or you've pivoted more times than you can count or you are needing to find a supportive group of like-minded individuals who understand what you are going through as an entrepreneur! WE GOT YOU!

This Interactive Incubator is designed specifically for women-owned small business owners who are determined to reach their goals and overcome the challenges they face. It will provide you valuable insights, practical strategies, and step-by-step guidance to navigate through common pitfalls and achieve success in your business. In our time together, you will learn the importance of aligning your business with your purpose, why you need a clear and effective business strategy, implementing marketing tactics, improving time/energy management skills, and gaining the knowledge and confidence to leverage technology and digital tools effectively.

The session is divided up into two sessions:

Session 1: Creating a Visioning Board and Defining our SMART Goals
During this session, we will spend time with our dreams and goals. There is nothing too big for you to dream! And then we'll spend some time defining one or two SMART goals that will get you closer to your dreams (hey, Goapele!)

Session 2: Aligning Operations and Processes
During this session, we will go over the top four areas to align in your business operations and processes, such as email marketing, client/customer management, energy management, and more.

Participants in this workshop will not only be empowered to dream and believe their dreams can come true for life and in business, but also have actionable and accomplishable goals, a number of referred systems to align their business, networking with other like-minded women, but will have a renewed passion to create the life they dare to dream through entrepreneurship.

This workshop will be offered on July 1 and July 15; choose the date that works best for you. Registrations are given access to the "study hall" on July 16th from 2pm - 4pm EST.

Included in the registration is a Sunday "study hall" on July 16 for July 1 and July 15 attendees.
