Bodhisattva Vow
Date: Saturday, July 29 Time: 10:00am PT
To embark on the path of a Bodhisattva, one who has gone for refuge in the Mahayana tradition aspires to cross the ten levels to reach complete Buddhahood in order to free all sentient beings from suffering. The foundation for achieving that goal is to formally take the Bodhisattva vow. In this beautiful traditional ceremony, Rinpoche will confer the vow and explain its profound significance according to the classic teachings of the Sakya Masters.
Commitment: To keep bodhicitta.
