5:30 PM - Registration / Social Hour (Networking - Cocktails - Tabletops)

PRESENTATION INFORMATION:
1. Participants will gain an understanding of how a Rental Car Center functions.
2. Participants shall be cognizant of how complex airport improvement projects become integrated as multiple sub-projects, i.e. "The North Side Story."
3. Participants shall be able to comprehend how planning & design objectives impact numerous stakeholders and the community. Bussing, restaurants, the Coastal Commission and the Mission Hills community are a few of those impacts.
4. Participants will be able to review and discern the differences between past projects of nationally recognized Rental Car Centers from small, medium and large facilities.
5. Participants will gain a further understanding of how the Construction Manager at Risk (employing Design Assist) differs radically from Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods.

CHAPTER MEMBERS: No charge will be assessed unless registering after the 3:00 PM Monday, February 24th deadline.
NON-MEMBERS and STUDENTS: If you wish to pay by check, please send an email to admin@sandiegocsi.org and follow up with your check, made payable to "CSI San Diego," to PO Box 191307, San Diego, CA 92159-1307. Payments must be received no later than Monday, February 24th or a $10 premium will apply.
WALK-INS accepted at the door on a "space available" basis. However, only cash or check payments will be accepted at the door (no credit cards).
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds will only be given for cancellations received before noon on Monday, February 24th.
NO SHOWS: Payments for no-shows will be retained in full.
