After Holiday Movement Workshop
Join us Monday after the holiday with a 90min Ujam Fitness Class and burn off the calories from those holiday treats, then learn how to use that dang foam roller you've been holding on to thats just sitting in the corner of your room. Also learn the magic of SMR with a Lacrosse ball that you will receive as a gift for attending the workshop.
