CONNECT: virtual showcase
Mortal Fools invite you join them for an hour to hear about CONNECT at this virtual hour long showcase. This event is for people interested in or organising the personal and professional development of others, their team or have training needs in their business/organisation.
Across the hour, Mortal Fools will walk you through the training offer, how it can support and enrich your teams and organisations and why it is a good investment to strengthen your organisation.
The CONNECT programme offers dynamic and effective approaches to developing leadership practice, engaging communication, presentation skills, having & managing difficult conversations, embedding growth mindset, overcoming imposter syndrome, improving team dynamics, digital facilitation and emotional resilience & well-being.
You'll hear all about CONNECT's unique training combination of techniques from creative sector, theatre practice, business development theory and the social sciences to lead participants through a very practical training process of identifying personal strengths, increasing knowledge, and developing new skills.
CONNECT workshops provide meaningful unique learning opportunities that extend way beyond the training for groups and individuals; participants range from large corporate companies and public bodies to SMEs and sole traders/freelancers. Across 2021-22, we've worked with the likes of Newcastle University, National Trust, Ryder Architecture, Muckle LLP, INTO Global, Youth Focus NE, Sunderland Culture and many more.
During the showcase you will hear from:
# Kiz Crosbie, Mortal Fools CEO, she will walk you through the CONNECT, its uniqueness and will demonstrate how CONNECTs practical approach enables organisations, teams and individuals to connect, grow and thrive.
# You'll hear from Mortal Fools facilitators what's new to our training programme and you'll have a little taster of something practical.
# A current CONNECT client will share with you why they booked CONNECT training and how its benefited their business.
# You'll experience a micro-performance from Mortal Fools Youth Theatre; all the income earned from CONNECT subsidises Mortal Fools work with children and young people.
There will be an opportunity to stay around at the end to ask questions and chat to Team Mortal Fools.
