Ever wanted to make your own chocolates? Learn how to create herbal chocolates that are not only delicious, but that can be beneficial too! This will be an allergy friendly class: no dairy, nuts, corn, soy, or gluten.

Sip mead or Switchel & craft with us!
All ages welcome!

Participants will have a silicone mold and their chosen chocolate creations to take home.

Stacy is a local Naturopathic physician and herbalist who loves hiking, foraging, gardening, and creating delightful herbal creations. Having grown up surrounded by nature in the form of a huge family garden and acres of forest, she learned early the healing power of nature and plants. After serving in the Coast Guard for almost 10 years, she earned her degrees at Bastyr University in the Herbal Science and Naturopathic medicine programs. She enjoys teaching herbal and cooking classes along with growing her practice.
