Danielle Miraglia is one of my favorite people on the planet and an award winning singer-songwriter and blues guitarist.   She was the first guest on Harbor Songs live online.  I am happy to invite her back for this in-person event at my favorite listening room in Westerly RI, The Malted Barley Upstairs.

Come early have dinner and cocktails before the show. Then head upstairs for an incredible night of music!!!

ABOUT DANIELLE: www.daniellem.com

"Danielle is a dynamic and captivating musician; her rich soulful voice and blues guitar mastery resonate in a performance both rare and unforgettable."
- Paul Patchel, State Street Blues Festival - Media, PA

"Danielle Miraglia is a fabulously gifted singer-songwriter whose uncanny folk/blues is both progressive and highly original." - Steve Morse - Longtime Boston Globe Critic and Contributor to Billboard and Rolling Stone.

"Straddling the line where folk/roots meets rock/blues, Miraglia has a voice that can go from a raspy come-hither purr to an Etta James-esque powerhouse belt, although she may be best known for her lead thumb  a heavy, thumping strike on her Gibson thats backdrop percussion in itself." - Lauren Daley, The Boston Globe

Danielle Miraglia comes armed with a strong steady thumb on an old Gibson and an infectious stomp-box rhythm with tunes ranging from heart-felt to socially conscious that will move both your heart and hips. Her latest Bright Shining Stars debuted at #15 on the Billboard Blues Charts.

Danielle has shared the stage with Buddy Guy, Johnny Winter, Bettye Lavette, John Hammond Jr., Joan Osborne, John Mayall, Sonny Landreth, John Oates, Taj Mahal, Colin Hay, Robert Cray, Rodney Crowell and many more.

Danielle has toured and played major venues across the United States and beyond, shining in both the Folk and Blues circuits including New York State Blues Festival, New Bedford Summerfest, The Narrows Center for the Arts (Fall River, MA), The Birchmere (Alexandria, VA), The Ramshead (Annapolis, MD), Sellersville Theater (Sellersville, PA) and the list goes on.

ABOUT MARC: marcdouglas.com

Berardo collects song awards like some people collect stamps."- Mary Jane Twohy-The Village, Sirius/XM Radio

"High quality story-telling picking and playing." Rob Ellen - The Medicine Show Radio Moose Mobile, U.K.

Marc is my kind of songwriter: thoughtful but not overwrought, smart but not overly clever. Great language. He can get to the point, and he tells a good story. Hes got a Big, open heart for characters, and real people Trying to make it in this world. His songs often have cool surprises. He is a performer of the first order. Walt Wilkins, Walt Wilkins and The Mystiqueros

Rhode Island based Marc Douglas Berardo is a hardworking, fast moving, adventure seeking, keen observer who lives for the story and the song. He is nationally recognized for his music and performances (Rocky Mountain Folks Fest Song contest, Telluride Troubadour Contest, Sisters Folk Festival, South Florida Folk Fest, 2013 Rams Head Onstage Rammie for Show of the Year.)
No Depression Magazine called his latest CD Whalebone: a highly polished personal collection with songs that are on the delicate trapeze of poignancy.
In May of 2014, Berardo won the 2014 Wildflower Art and Music Festival Song Contest in Texas.

The following week he performed as a finalist in the legendary Kerrville New Folk Contest at the Kerrville Folk Festival.

In early 2015, Berardo's interview and live performance feature on Sirius/ XM Satellite Radio's The Village was voted one of the best of the year by listeners.

Marc Douglas Berardo has shared the stage with heavyweights such as The New Riders of The Purple Sage, The Doobie Brothers, Jimmy LaFave, Martin Sexton, Terri Hendrix, Kevin Welch, Red Molly, Eric Taylor, The Pousette Dart Band, John Haitt, and Livingston Taylor.
About his music, Marc says ... I try to write about people and situations that interest and entertain me. Subjects and places that I feel a connection with and that are unique in a quiet way. Real people and places caught in the moment, almost like a documentary film or a novel ...
Marc will soon be releasing the single "The Hard Part" from his most recent project "Temporary Things".
