Sacred Ritual Reiki and Yoga
Attend virtually or in person. Learn to use Sacred Ritual to deepen your connection to yourself and your partner. First, you'll create space for closeness by building an altar . Then, Christa will lead you through a reiki experience, followed by intention setting with Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). Jeanette will guide you through therapeutic yoga techniques to use physical touch to increase communication and playfulness. Finally, you'll take home your altar and a loose-leaf tea blend designed to warm your heart and senses with calming kava root and aphrodisiacal fenugreek so you'll want to do your ritual at home, too!
Those participating from home will benefit from more intimacy and privacy. You can pick up your altar materials and tea the Friday before, or on the day of the event.
This event is open and accepting of couples of all types.
