Saturday, November 30, 2013, 5*Star Ambassadors will hold their first roller derby clinic in Fayetteville, NC. This clinic is for the roller derby players looking to improve upon his or her technique. Use this clinic to increase foot work, track awareness, endurance, stamina and more. Drills will include on and off skate exercises that will strengthen the body and mind while improving cardiovascular fitness.
The clinic will be held at the Crown Expo Center from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Doors will open promptly at 9:00 a.m. The online advance cost is $30 before November 8th $40 prior to November 23rd. Online registration will close November 23, 2013 at midnight. Reserve your spot today!
