Restoring Balance- An Aromatherapy Art Workshop

Join Katie Packham and Lynell Garfield for a transformational workshop: Restoring Balance: An Aromatherapy Art class.

After the hustle and rush of holiday spirit, sink into a restorative healing arts day at Copper Cat Studio. We will be working on bringing balance and calm back into our lives with gentle yoga, and relaxing into our new decade with a guided meditation that supports balance, happiness, and protection! We will create essential oils remedies to support women's hormone balance and healing function for a healthy start to the new year, followed by an afternoon of nurturing our creativity through Mosaics.

The process of art creation, paired with true limbic system support by essential oils, makes a truly special healing arts experience. Opportunities will be given to explore various therapeutic endpoints in guided meditation and energy flow throughout this workshop.
