Sunday Jan.12, 2020 28th Annual Mendocino County Professional Pianists Concert

For 28 years, professional pianists of Mendocino County have presented a popular series of concerts at Mendocino College. January 10-12, 6-8 different pianists will share the stage and play in a delightful variety of styles, from classical to boogie woogie, Cuban to jazz. No two performances are the same while they perform solo and collaboratively providing hours of superb playing and witty banter. This event sells out early, so select your day or days in advance and enjoy one of Ukiah's longest running concert traditions.

This event is presented by UCCA as an extra-season concert, not included on the regular membership ticket. It is a fundraising benefit for Ukiah Community Concert Association, the Mendocino College Recording Arts and Technology Club, and the Allegro Foundation Music Scholarship.

Sunday's concert will include Spencer Brewer, Elena Casanova, Elizabeth MacDougall, Wendy Dewitt, Charlie Selzer, and Tom Ganoung.

Tickets will also be available December 11 locally at Mendocino Book Company in Ukiah, and at Mazahar in Willits.
