Comprehensive Beer Flavor Identification, 10 Off-Flavors
Along with teaching proper tasting technique, this class will cover all 10 off-flavors: sour, acetaldehyde, diacetyl, isoamyl acetate, ethyl acetate, cardboard, skunky, DMS, isovaleric acid, and butyric acid. This session will be two hours in length. The instructor trained the sensory panel at Boulevard Brewing Co. Learn like a pro!
