Please join us in this beautiful sanctuary for a sweet & soulful afternoon of healing self care!
This mini self care retreat includes gentle yoga, meditation, journaling, singing, and sharing in sacred circle. Anyone who identifies as a women is welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and layers for warmth. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and your curiosity. This experience will encourage women to become deeply connected to themselves, their voice, their hearts, and a sisterhood of self care seekers!

Sadie Hart is a modern-day mystic, musician, and moon child.
She studied music & theatre at Missouri State and at Imperial College in London. After performing in & around NYC for 7 years, she received her yoga teaching certification from Sacred Seed Yoga in Costa Rica in 2013. She currently lives in Nashville, TN and visits The Chapel to share songs & stories & sisterhood with her beloved hometown, St. Louis, MO.
