Prop. 65 Compliance Presentation

Join SCGA for a 1 hour presentation on Proposition 65 on August 29 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Proposition 65 is a state law that requires warnings to be provided when consumers can be exposed to certain chemicals, including marijuana smoke and other compounds that could be found in cannabis goods. This presentation will go over the basics of Prop. 65, including when a warning is required and what type of warning must be given.
