Track & Field Camp
Coach Travis Schuh and company will again be running this camp. Campers will learn good warm up, stretching, and running technique drills daily. They will be introduced to many running, hurdle, and relay events with practice coming out of actual starting blocks. Campers will get to throw a rubber shot, turbo javelin and a smaller discus in the throwing events. In the jumping events, campers will learn how to Long, Triple, and High Jump. On the last day of camp, the campers will get to have a little track meet and compete in all the events learned. We will measure and time all events. For entering grades 1-6.
