Women's Wisdom: Women in Action - Luncheon & Presentation

Sufi Women Organization (SWO) presents Women's Wisdom: Women in Action, a Luncheon and Presentation featuring Linda Graham, MFT, who will speak about her journey of resiliency and her life's work.

Linda is an experienced psychotherapist and teacher of mindful self-compassion in the San Francisco Bay Area. She integrates modern neuroscience, mindfulness practices, and relational psychology in her international trainings on resilience and well-being. She is the author of "The Resilience Toolkit: Powerful Practices for Bouncing Back from Disappointment, Difficulty, and Even Disaster" (2018) and "Bouncing Back: Rewiring Your Brain for Maximum Resilience and Well-Being," winner of the 2013 Books for a Better Life award and the 2014 Better Books for a Better World award.

Ticket price includes presentation and buffet lunch of Chicken Toscana, Grilled Salmon, vegetarian option, salad, dessert and coffee/tea.
