Basic Hearth Cooking at the Landis Valley Tavern
Instructors: Nancy Schmeichel & Kathy Ledzinski
Have you ever wanted to cook over an open fire? Join our basic cooking class to learn about hearth equipment and how to use it safely. We will be cooking period recipes to make a full meal from soup to dessert. Students should wear natural fiber clothing, no hairspray (as it is flammable). You may want to bring an apron.
Cancellation policy: All materials must be pre-purchased by the instructor, therefore cancellations can only be refunded prior to the sales-end date.
