Wooden Dinosaur
Wooden Dinosaur is the songwriting project of Vermont guitarist, singer, and bandleader Michael Roberts. Since 2004 he has released ten albums of original alt-country and folk music with a rotating cast of musicians.

Wooden Dinosaur's most recent collection of songs, Working Weather, was released in September 2016 on Lost Honey Records. As a sideman, he has recorded and performed with David Wax Museum, Katie Trautz and the Tall Boys, and a variety of old time string bands in southern Vermont. Roberts is also the lead singer and guitarist for The Rear Defrosters, a classic country dance band with an all-star cast of Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire musicians.
