The Full Body Musical Experience is a journey through the 7 major chakra centers through discussion, guided meditation, music, conscious breathwork, sound, and light. You will become familiar with the subtleties of each energy and tune to the frequencies that each carry. You will develop an intimate relationship with each, recognizing how they impact the energetic manifestation of thoughts, feelings, emotions, behaviors, reactions, and health. This is the space where the divine and the human intersect, where the physical meets the non-physical, where the body-mind-spirit merge. TIME: 230-530pm (doors open at 210pm)
PLEASE BRING: (1) blanket or yoga mat to define your floor space; (2) pillows or bolster to support you laying and sitting on your mat or blanket; (3) water bottle
CONSCIOUS EXCHANGE: $35 advance; $45 at the door
Advance registration ends at 230pm on Thursday June 22nd. Please note that your advance commitment allows us to prepare the space before your arrival. We would greatly appreciate it!
