Max presents: "Top Ten Skills for Successful D/S"

As with any discipline, there's a set of "core competencies" necessary for a successful D/S relationship.

Theres lots of education available for tangible skills like bondage and flogging. As we explore D/S, we often find that the skills required for high-caliber D/S require a different level of awareness and training.

In this fast-paced workshop well explore the subtle skills that make D/S work - things like non-verbal communication, self-awareness, and the use of language to guide behavior. A few of the skills well explore are specific to dominants or submissives; many of them are applicable to both sides of the slash.

For each of these Top Ten skills, well identify and discuss the skill and do a demo or exercise. By the time we do the closing demo youll have a better awareness of these skills and an improved ability to manifest the D/S you desire.

As with all of Max's workshops, a handout will be provided to facilitate your learning and retention.

This workshop assumes no previous BDSM experience and is appropriate for all genders, all orientations, and for both dominants and submissives. Come explore and improve your skills!

Max has been active in Seattle's kink community since 1992 and has been teaching bondage, BDSM, and polyamory workshops since 1999.

While he is proficient with a wide range of BDSM skills, Max especially enjoys the intimacy of rope bondage and the intensity of the singletail. Max projects a gentle, dominant energy, and all of his relationships - and most of his scenes - include a substantial D/S component.
