"Pennsylvania German Innovations that Impacted the Nation" class at Landis Valley
A number of highly influential innovations that are easily recognized across the country had their beginnings among the PA Germans in Lancaster County. These include the Conestoga wagon, the long rifle, and log building construction. Pieces from the Landis Valley collection will be featured in this presentation.
