The Wonderhills masterfully weaves together guitars, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, and bass, the band creates an original sound that is evocative of old-time folk and bluegrass, while experimenting with new ideas and grooves not typically heard on these instruments. Inspired by the wooded hills of southern Indiana, this acoustic band combines rich harmonies and virtuosic instrumental ability to carve out their own niche in bluegrass music.
Doors open at 6:45 pm, Concert starts at 7:30 pm
ABOUT THE INDIANAPOLIS PROPYLAEUM
The Propylaeum is located in Indy's old northside neighborhood. It includes an 1890 Victorian House and Carriage House that are listed on the National Register of Historic Landmarks. Concerts are held in the Carriage House behind and south of the mansion. The Carriage House is an intimate venue holding up to 130 people, and there's not a bad seat in the house. Seating is general admission.
Enter the free parking lot off Delaware Street, immediately north of the mansion. Free street parking is also available.
