Quorra Vahn Tassels is Dr Sketchys mezmerizing model for December!

Dr Sketchy's York is the monthly art party that brings brilliant burlesque and cabaret performers to York to fan your creative flames.

Be inspired by gorgeous costumes and cozy surroundings as you sketch, draw, or paint -- have fun and enjoy yourself among other creative types in a laid-back, music-filled atmosphere.

All skill levels, from stick figures to Rembrandt-level practicing artists, are welcome. Bring your own art supplies (nothing super messy or smelly, thanks!) and come draw with us!

Quorra Vahn Tassels will be appearing Friday, December 8th at 8pm at Parliament Arts, 116 E King St in York PA at the second-ever Dr Sketchy's Anti-Art School in York.

Quorra Vahn Tassels began her burlesque career in November 2012 with the theatrical burlesque troupe, The White Elephant Burlesque Society, under the guidance of producer/performer Viktor Devonne.

In 2016, Quorra became one of the core creators and performers of The Pastie-Kakes, a Philadelphia-adjacent burlesque troupe. She continues performing with WEBS as well as her current local troupe.

Known for her slow burn, her glove and stocking peels, and her stage expressions, Quorra performs with a wide range of style...from classic to comedy/alternative, from nerdlesque to neo!

She hopes to continue to bring acts to the stage to encourage and empower others (Women, men, and non-binary alike) to be proud of their bodies and the beauty they can make with them, and to perform nationally and internationally as both a solo performer and with both her home troupe and her local troupe.
