Brunch yoga
CALLING all mimosa and brunch enthusiasts who want to have a little fun tasting a champagne flight. The flight includes a tasting of champagne, mimosa, and bellini while creating awareness of the mind and body.
This is a class guaranteed to leave you with a new perspective of the harmony of both the brunch and yoga world. It is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, happy, and refreshed. You would stay after for a meal off of the brunch menu excluding shrimp and grits and steak and eggs.
What it includes?
*1 flight of heaven
*1 Meal that rocks including coffee, tea, soft drinks additional Bellini ans mimosas ONLY $2.50 each!!!!!
*1 hour of laughter and movement involving friends and beverages.
