Beer Flavor Identification, 10 Off-Flavors
Along with teaching proper tasting technique, this class will cover all 10 off-flavors taught in the 3-Part Series: sour, acetaldehyde, diacetyl, isoamyl acetate, ethyl acetate, cardboard, skunky, DMS, isovaleric acid, and butyric acid. This session will be two hours in length. Whether preparing for an exam--or just wanting to learn to correctly identify off-flavors--this training will add to your ability to evaluate beers.
