French Pastry Workshop: French Macarons
French macarons those brightly covered, fluffy, delicate little cookies filled with delicious buttercream are what sweet dreams are made of. They are also one of the more difficult pastries to master, but that's why we're teaching a class on it!
In our 3-hour, hands-on class, we'll teach you the basics of making French macarons from start to finish. You'll learn how to tell when your meringue is perfect, you'll learn some piping skills, and of course, you'll learn how to bake them just right. Then we'll show you how to make the delicious buttercream that goes in the middle.
We'll provide some sweet snacks for you to nibble on while you cook. All you need to bring is yourself and your own beverage beer, wine, kombucha, whatever you desire (or buy a drink when you get here). Encourage your friends to take the class with you for an extra good time! At the end of the night, you'll get to take home all the recipes, the macarons you made and your buttercream, so that you can make some more pastry masterpieces at home.
