What Is Goat Yoga?

Audrey Jones Blaisdell, certified yoga instructor from Valley Hot Yoga, will blend movements and gentle stretches with the playful antics of live kid goats from Sage Meadow Farm in Easthampton. Try the downward goat or stretching kid poses. All you need is your mat, a sense of adventure, and a water bottle. We will provide the rest. (We have a limited supply of yoga mats.)

THINGS TO KNOW

Half of the slots of this class have been set aside for friends and family of the organizers. The remaining tickets will be available to the public.

The owners of Keystone Enterprises have generously donated the space for our Goat Yoga charity events. The classes will be held in the Boylston Room in the Keystone Building, located at 122 Pleasant Street, Easthampton, Massachusetts. Street parking is available and there is plenty of parking behind the building, assessable between Mill 180 and the American Legion. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the start of class time.

Please note that this class will take place with LIVE GOATS. Dress comfortably and in clothes that are suitable for yoga yet allow you to interact with goats. Baby goats, in various ages and sizes, jump and nibble ... and they might poop/pee. We have a team that will quickly clean up after such an event, but please be aware that there is the possibility of these substances encountering your belongings.

Space is limited and is first come, first serve so sign up TODAY! The class sizes will be limited to 30 people. We do not want to overwhelm the goat kids, and we want all attendees to have the opportunity to interact with the kids. Sorry, we CANNOT switch you into a different class once you have registered so please be sure of the date and time before signing up. Click on dropdown menu above for dates and times.

All attendees MUST sign a liability waiver, or a parent/guardian MUST sign a waiver for any attendee under the age of 18.

Please bring an ID and printout of receipt as proof-of-purchase. Waivers will be available at the door. Sorry, NO REFUNDS.
