Holiday season is here and although holiday time supposed to be festive, light and full of joy, for many, it is stressful. This year more than ever its time to come together and return to the joy of the season, the joy in our hearts and to celebrate the joy of YOU!

In the workshop you will be guided on a journey within and learn proven techniques to:
