3rd Annual Tamale Class
Learn how to make traditional tamales in a fun atmosphere just in time for the holidays. Impress your family and friends with a recipe and step by step demo for the perfect tamale. Roll up your sleeves because each guest will be making a dozen of their own tamales to take home. We will also be serving traditional "Ponche Navideño" a spiked Christmas punch.
The recipe is a family recipe from Mi Madre's Mexican Restaurant. Our recipe comes from my Abuelita "Doña Queta". It is near and dear to us and always makes us feel like Christmas is near. Our recipe is tried and true through 3 generations. We enjoy the hours on end making these tamales, chatting and sipping on ponché.
