Seasonal Wellness: Preparing for Winter

Herbal Seasonal Wellness is an important part of knowing how to move from season to season smoothly. As we approach Winter in the Pacific Northwest we must take extra care with both our bodies and minds.

Join us for this hands on 2 hour workshop and learn how to treat seasonal ills, holistically with Max.

Coughs/Flus/Fevers/Sinuses/ Seasonal Depression

We'll talk about the herbs that are immune tonics so that your system is strong, but we'll also talk about the herbs that are the best allies for when the immune system needs a boost. This class will include an overview of various methods of healing; such as aromatherapy, tinctures, teas, and topical solutions. We'll get to discuss all the fun ways of keeping these months healthy and cozy (and delicious!).

You will receive recipes, taste tests, and the opportunity to stock up on whichever remedies you wish!
