ScruffyCity VeganFest is a festival designed to showcase local businesses who provide compassionate and cruelty free food and services, to promote the growing vegan scene in East Tennessee, and to support and encourage participants and attendees to take action in bringing about a more compassionate community and world. Scruffy City Vegan Fest is hosted by Knoxville Farmed Animal Save, a member of The Save Movement Worldwide Network, dedicated to raising awareness of animal cruelty by bearing witness to animal suffering.
