Sound Lab: An Intermediate/Advanced DJ Experience

Come join us at Rhythm Section at Artthaus Studios for a day filled with music, creativity, and learning. This event is designed to help you take your DJ and Music Production skills to the next level while connecting with some of the Industry's top DJs. Network with fellow DJs, attend a workshop, and vibe out through the evening.

DJs are at the core of so many events, but what we realized was that these same working DJs don't get as many opportunities to connect with one another outside of a gig to learn and/or enhance specific skills that are crucial to their long term success in the industry. So here it is - your chance to pick some brains, have those conversations you haven't had time to have, and learn from your peers.

The daytime workshops begin at 3pm with a Networking Half Hour - this is your time to come through and get to know a few other DJs in your community. Or maybe you schedule that creative brainstorm with that one DJ you wanted to collaborate with. We encourage you to bring your business cards and/or branded stickers as well.

At 3:30pm, we will officially kick off the Workshop portion of our day with TWO amazing breakout sessions to choose from, and then the last portion of the workshop will be spent connecting the dots together from the day.

The Breakouts:
1 - Remixing with Kutcorners: Music production for DJs made simple and fun.
As DJs ,we already know music inside and out - learn how to take your ideas and make them into remixes or edits that help you create a sonic identity.
2 - DJ/Business Marketing & Content Workshop with DJ Flow: This workshop is for DJs who are ready to stop guessing and start building.
Youll learn how to:
- Use content as your #1 marketing tool without it taking over your life
- Build a personal brand that feels real and attracts the right attention
- Show up consistently with a system, not stress
- Create content that leads to bookings, partnerships, and real business growth
Whether you're trying to land better gigs, build your authority, or grow your presence online, this workshop will break it all down with real examples, clear frameworks, and steps you can apply immediately.

As a part of your participation fee for the workshops, you will also walk away with a 6 month Serato Producer Suite voucher. That by itself covers your investment to participate!

At 5pm, we open the doors and decks to our DJ friends and lovers of music alike to join us for one hour of Open Decks (advanced registration required) followed by one hour of curated vibes by Kutcorners and DJ Flow.

Done by 7:30pm, just in time to go home and get ready for your week!
