Stalking Awareness & Bystander Intervention Workshop
Stalking is one of the strongest predictors of femicideoften called murder in slow motion. Especially for young women and members of the queer community, stalking is a life-altering, pernicious, and often under-reported crime. This workshop brings the issue into focus for our rural community and provides tools for prevention.
Grounded in problem-based learning, the workshop is designed for small business owners, community leaders, and residents who want practical bystander intervention strategies to help foster a safer and more resilient valley.
Stalking Awareness & Bystander Intervention Workshop Date: Tuesday, September 30, 2025 Time: 5:30 7:00 PM Location: YourSpace Meeting Room at TwispWorks Cost: Free and open to the public.
