In this lively workshop with Asya Vaisman Schulman, participants will learn a variety of Yiddish dances adapted from neighboring folk traditions with an ever-increasing number of dance partners. Dance two-by-two in the korobushka, in groups of three in the troika, in squares of eight in a newly choreographed sher, and with everyone in the room in the hora moldoveneasca.
